THREE  IRAYE CHIEFS SUSPENDED OVER OBALAAYE'S  STOOL

Three amongs  the Traditional chiefs of Obalaaye of Iraye Ife have been suspended for their grouse misconduct over the selection of a New Obalaaye which is on going.

The Three chiefs who was suspended by the others Iraye chiefs and the people of Iraye were Alase of Iraye James Elusakin Elusoji, Otunba of Iraye Lasisi Ajisafe and the secretary of Iraye Olaolu Aworeni.

According the source from other Traditional chiefs those suspended chiefs acted negatively against the process of selecting the  Obalaaye and culture of Iraye which is capable of distrup the peaceful coexistence of the Town

The others Iraye chiefs and the people of Iraye therefore informed Ooni of Ife Ooni Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi ojaja the second and the OONI Traditional chiefs as well as Entire People of Ife that Alase of Iraye James Elusakin Elusoji, Otunba of Iraye Lasisi Ajisafe and the Iraye secretary Olaolu Aworeni have been suspended till further notice.

They therefore informed the people of Iraye that the stool of Obalaaye is still vacant  and promised that  the process of choosing the New Obalaaye will be transparent.
